i'm so tired
of being me.
I want something different
to feed my reckless need.
My hand reaches
for the razor
lieing on the table.
A drop hits the floor
and the razor just
wants more.
It bites deeper
craving the blood
that is now running,
flooding the ground
beneath my feet.
Everythings in slow motion
and my hearts slowing down.
I can hear each beat
as i crash down.
I watch the razor spin
as it ricoshays off the tile,
that's crimson from the blood,
that just wouldn't stop screaming
to become my personal flood.
"Aren't you proud mother?" goes through
my mind...as my mom walks
in on my morbid crime.
